Michelle Gagnon: Boneyard

FBI special agent Kelly Jones has to find a serial killer who commits horrifying crimes in several states...but is it really one killer or maybe even two? And can Kelly really trust the local law enforcement? At first, Kelly's investigation seems to go nowhere - and then everything gets out of control, and she has to race to save the latest victim...

This is really a very suspenseful novel, and the crimes committed belong definitely to the most unimaginably horrible I've ever read about. It's a quite readable book. On the other hand, there's no character I could really sympathize with. The heroine, Kelly, is almost as much of a stranger to me at the end of the book as she was when I read the first page. Therefore, this is a "satisfactory" book (Grade C).
